An NMC Registered Nurse is required to join the Dialysis team to work as a Deputy Clinic Manager in their Clacton on Sea Hospital.
What the Client is offering to the successful candidate:
- Monday to Saturday, Shifts hours from 6:30am to 11:30pm - no nights or Sunday working
- Up to £41,165 pa depending on experience
- Unsocial working allowance
- Overtime paid at time and a half after completing full-time hours (150 hours every 4 weeks)

As a Deputy Clinic Manager you will provide specialised nursing knowledge and skills to enable junior members of the nursing team to develop their skills and knowledge.
Candidates for this Critical Care Staff Nurse role will meet the following criteria:
- NMC Registered Nurse
- Post basic qualification in renal nursing such as diploma, ENB Course 136 or equivalent.
- ENB998 or equivalent (teaching/assessing)
- At least two years' experience in Haemodialysis working at a Senior level
- Experience of managing and leading a team of nurses
- Awareness and Understanding of NMC code of professional conduct
- Be able to work autonomously and within a multi-disciplinary team
- Have a positive and dynamic approach to providing safe and effective delivery of care
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
