Role Overview:
The Client, who is the leading mental health care provider, seeks a Night Manager. Reporting to the Senior Night Manager, you'll ensure exceptional care for service users, overseeing night operations and providing leadership to nursing teams. Your role guarantees compliance with quality standards and statutory requirements during night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide night-time leadership and support to nursing teams.
- Ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with standards.
- Manage 24-hour admission wards and prioritize admissions efficiently.
Essential Criteria:
- RMN / RNLD qualification.
- Post-registration experience in multiple clinical areas.
- Experience in a Deputy Manager or equivalent role.
- Strong understanding of the Mental Health Act.
- Ability to manage physical requirements such as MVA.
