SYK is delighted to be supporting our prestigious client with their vacancy for a Nurse deputy manager at their home in Suffolk. This is a full-time position working for an organisation who are small enough to preserve that important personal touch, but also large enough to offer high standards of care and a stable, safe environment. The deputy Manager has the day to day responsibility for leading the safe and effective operation of the home and ensuring caring and responsive performance of all care staff.

Essential Requirements:
- Strong leadership skills
- NMC Registered qualified Adult Nurse / RGN or RMN considered
- Passionate about delivering a high-quality service that promotes the independence, choice and dignity of service users
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an approachable and friendly nature
- Care planning skills
- Uphold the professional standards contained within ‘The Code’ by the NMC
- To deliver care & support as set by The Scottish Health & Social Care Standards
