SYK is delighted to be supporting our prestigious client in their search for an experienced Nursing Home manager role based in Mansfield.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an industry leading private care provider who specialises in Elderly Dementia Care. This service is a medium sized.
This full-time care home management role and offers a salary of £50,000 (DOE) per Annum with excellent benefits.

Essential Requirements:
- NMC Registered qualified Adult Nurse / RGN or RMN considered
- Experience working within a nursing home
- Passionate about delivering a high-quality service that promotes this independence, choice and dignity of service users
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an approachable and friendly nature
- Able to engage well with the residents and their families
- Have strong written & verbal communication skills
- Experience of working with people with Dementia
- Must have 2 years management experience
