SYK is delighted to be supporting our highly reputable client in their search for a Peripatetic Manager. The role will cover a portfolio of homes across the Midlands.
Requirements
- Ideally have Home Manager, Peripatetic Management or Turnaround experience within a Nursing Home or Care Home Setting
- Qualifications – Diploma Level 5 in Leadership and Management
- Nurse qualified Candidates considered but NMC PIN not essential for this role
Evidence of good knowledge of CQC requirements - Willingness to travel
The client I’m working with are a well established care provider with over 35 homes nation wide. They looking to recruit a Peripatetic Manager to cover their homes based in the Midlands area. The company provide long-term, short-term and respite care within nursing, residential and dementia care settings.
My client is seeking an experienced manager with successful experience within a Home Management/Peripatetic/Turnaround Manager position. The successful candidate must be able to support the provider by managing/turning around a variety of care homes within the North West whist the provider recruit for permanent Home Managers. It is important to my client that the successful candidate is hands on, confident and has experience of CQC inspections and strong leadership skills.
