A leading Chelmsford Hospital is currently looking to recruit an experienced MSK Outpatient Physiotherapist to work as Team Leader.

As Physiotherapist Team Leader, you will work 30 or 37.5 hours per week on days, and details of the employment package are as follows:
•    An excellent annual salary up to £40,500 DoE (pro rata if applicable)

In this Outpatients Physiotherapy Team Leader post, you will provide effective clinical leadership to the physiotherapy team in addition to supporting senior management in service management and development.  

Applicants for this Physiotherapist Team Leader post should meet the following criteria:
•    Qualified Physiotherapist with current HCPC registration and CSP membership
•    Vast experience within an MSK and orthopaedic setting
•    Demonstrate a commitment to further developing your knowledge and skills and demonstrate evidence of recent post-registration clinical studies
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•    Passionate about providing a first-rate clinical service in combination with the best possible standards of patient care
•   Understanding of CQC Regulations
