An exciting opportunity for a Practice Nurse has arisen in a Surgery in Nuneaton.
You will be working for a reputable healthcare provider, with a vision to deliver services that improve the health and wellbeing of individuals and communities, making sure primary care can thrive.
About the Practice Nurse role and what the hospital is offering:
- A permanent contract with 24 hours weeks
- Up to £38,489 Pro Rata
- NHS Pension scheme

- 33 days annual leave (including Bank Holidays) (pro-rata, if part-time)
As a Practice Nurse, we need you to be forwards thinking with experience with long term health conditions. You will have to be open to change and open to work in a non-traditional care system. As a Practice Nurse you will need to have a passion for helping patients to live a healthy lifestyle with your skills, health prevention.
What we are looking for in a Practice Nurse:
- Qualified RGN with NMC registration
- Practice Nurse experience
- Well organised and able to multi-task
- Confident and resilient
- Knowledge of patients with long term health conditions
