We have an exciting opportunity in our Sidcupclinic for a nurse who wants to make a difference in our patient’s lives and take on the role of Senior Nurse.

About the Dialysis Senior Staff Nurse role and what the clinic is offering:
• A competitive annual salary up to £40,153 dependant on experience
• A permanent full-time contract of 37.5 hours per week on day
• Monday - Saturday shifts between 6.30 - 23.30
• Unsocial allowance
• Staff recognition programmes and long service rewards

As a Senior Staff Nurse you will use your excellent clinical skills and empathetic approach to meet each patient’s needs. You be required to recognise talent and nurture junior colleagues, mentoring them to be the best they can be.

What we’re looking for in a Dialysis Senior Staff Nurse:
• NMC Registered Adult Nurse/RGN
• Strong background in Renal Dialysis (2 years)
• Ability to plan and prioritise your workload
• In possession of/working towards a post registration clinical course in renal nursing
• Flexibility to work various shift patterns
• Good communication, interpersonal, organisational and time-management skills
• Good clinical knowledge and understanding
