The role of a Senior Care Assistant is to ensure high quality care and person-centred care is constantly maintained. You will lead a team of Care Assistants, liaise with professionals and relatives and ensure in-house and regulatory documentation is completed to a high standard.
Essential requirements:
- SVQ Level 3 & Medication Training
- Satisfactory CRB / DBS checks
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisation skills
