A leading private hospital in London is looking to hire a Senior Recovery/Critical Care Nurse to join their recovery team. As a Senior Recovery/Critical Care Nurse your duties will include assessing, planning, and delivering a high level of critical care for all patients, this will be post anaesthetic within the theatre recovery room. You will make sure all patient documentation is up to date, adhering to local policy. You may be required to provide urgent or emergency care to patients. And of course, you will participate fully as a team member delivering the highest standard of care.
What were looking for in this role:
• NMC Registered Adult Nurse/RGN
• Recognised post graduate critical care qualification
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience within the clinical care environment
• Experience within the theatre recovery room environment
• Ability to exercise rational judgement when escalating issues
• Competence in delivering a high level of critical and post anaesthetic care
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good team working skills
• Good computer and numeracy skills
• Ability to analyse and put into practice evidence-based practice
• Flexibility in response to the needs of the department
