About Us:
A leading renal care provider, seeks a Senior Staff Nurse for our Clacton clinic. With a mission to enhance the quality of life for renal patients, we operate over 30 nurse-led treatment centers across the UK.
Role Overview:
As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will lead patient care, acting as Nurse in Charge and occasionally deputizing for the clinic manager. Mentorship of the team and ownership of renal patient care programs are integral responsibilities.
Requirements:
- NMC Registered General Nurse
- 2+ years of experience in renal dialysis
- Familiarity with NMC code of professional conduct
- Post-registration clinical course in Renal Nursing (ENB 136 or equivalent), preferred
- Mentorship/Teaching Qualification, preferred
- Positive and dynamic approach to care delivery
- Excellent communication skills
Offer:
- Competitive salary: £33,236 - £40,153
- £3,000 sign-on bonus
- Full-time position, 37.5 hours per week
- Shifts: Monday to Saturday, 7 am to 11:30 pm (No nights or Sunday working)
- Overtime opportunities
- 35 days holiday (inclusive of 8 days bank holiday), increasing with service
