A 50+ bed Nursing Home based in Somerset requires an experienced Nurse to join their team on full time night shifts. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading private care provider specialising in Elderly Dementia Care.

Essential Requirements:

• NMC Registered qualified Adult Nurse / RGN or RMN considered

• Passionate about delivering a high-quality service that promotes the independence, choice and dignity of service users
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an approachable and friendly nature
• Care planning skills
• A natural people person with the ability to build strong, compassionate relationships with your residents, families, and your team.
