An enthusiastic Recovery Practitioner/ODP is required to join a Brand New state of the art hospital in Birmingham.
As a Theatre Practitioner, you will:
• Offered a salary of up to £33,500
• Be part of a close-knit multidisciplinary team
• Work with leading consultants and like-minded professionals who respect and value what you bring
• Enjoy a varied caseload with state-of-the-art technology, equipment and facilities
• Supervise, support and develop junior members of staff
• Create high-quality care and patient experiences that are clinically effective and evidence based
As a Recovery Practitioner, you will play a key role in the management and delivery of patient care, ensuring the highest standards of safety. You will work within a strong theatres team preparing the operating theatre room for surgery in relation to instrumentation, equipment and supplies required for specific operative procedures, ensuring waste is kept to a minimum.
Applicants for this Recovery Practitioner position should be:
• Qualified as an Adult/General Nurse/RGN with NMC registration or as a Theatre Practitioner/ODP with HCPC registration
• Experienced in a recovery setting
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A caring and compassionate nature and a passion for providing high standards of patient care
